Dale is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation, and has over 25 years’ experience working in Commercial Dispute Resolution, including Banking and Finance, Corporations Law, Estates and Trust Law, Competition and Consumer Law and Tax Litigation.
